People don't seem to like the title of my blog. I think of myself as being in the final quarter of life and that isn't depressing to me, but since others see it that way, I'm willing to change it. All suggestions will be considered. Send them in!
I'm not a pet person. That seems like a terrible thing to say, now a days. I like cats and dogs, but don't want to live with them.
I'm a retired nurse practitioner. I'm very lucky (knock wood) to be in good health. The freedom in my life at this point is a very positive thing. To come and go as I please and know I always have family and friends I can stay in touch with, to keep me grounded, is a blessing.
Speaking of blessings, I'm not religious in most ways, but I am a Unitarian Universalist, a wonderful religion which says it's OK to think about God, spirituality, or what ever you see as the life force , and change your mind about it. It's called thinking and we like it. So finding another UU can be a way for me to find a friend.
Nice job!!! Looking forward to reading more. Good "rap" song/poem. Stay well. Richard
